Embers of Love

Embers of Love explores love not as a fleeting feeling, but as something that remains — held in memory, carried through time, and transformed by experience.

The collection considers the quiet traces love leaves within us: warmth, longing, tenderness, connection and the moments we continue to carry long after they have passed.

Through original oil paintings, poetry and the sculptural Held Embers, the collection unfolds across different forms while sharing one emotional language.
colour, movement, light and material become ways of expressing what can be felt deeply but not always spoken.

The paintings are accompanied by my own poetry, creating a dialogue between the visual and written forms. The Held Ember sculptures extend this language beyond the canvas, becoming physical vessels for what we hold within.

An accompanying book of poetry is planned for publication in early 2027, bringing the collection together in another form.
