Wellness Whispers

Wellness Whispers explores the quiet relationship between colour, light and emotion — and the subtle ways we move through change, renewal and becoming.

The collection is an invitation to slow down and look inward. Through flowing forms, layered colour, luminous passages and tactile surfaces, the paintings explore moments of stillness, movement, connection and inner transformation.

Each original oil painting is accompanied by my own poetry, creating a dialogue between the visual and written forms. The poetry does not explain the painting but offers another way into its emotional world.

The collection expands beyond the canvas through Quiet Vessels — a series of one-of-a-kind sculptural works created in a distinctive form and individually hand-finished with colour and gold leaf. Each vessel carries its own combination of surface, light, colour and detail, making every piece unique.

Together, the paintings, poetry and vessels form a quiet language of colour, material and emotion — inviting contemplation and connection through both what is seen and what is felt.
