Golden Passage: New Horizons
A Golden Close to the Year
As the year begins to soften into its golden close, the gallery—and my busy art studio—is filled with a quiet sense of anticipation. There is something deeply rewarding about this time: a moment to pause, reflect, and look ahead to the creative possibilities the new year will bring. Light seems to take on a special significance — not just the literal glow that illuminates a canvas, but the metaphorical light that guides imagination and opens doors to new visions and horizons.
This weekend, I visited The Affordable Art Fair (TAAF) in Sydney — always a vibrant celebration of colour, connection, and conversation. It was wonderful to reconnect with familiar faces — artists I admire and follow — and to meet many new, talented artists. Our conversations were warm, generous, and inspiring. I left feeling energised, uplifted, and reminded of the joy, positivity, and endless possibilities that pulse through this creative world of art.
Encounters like these reaffirm my belief that art is a universal dialogue — one that transcends words, invites emotion, and inspires both collectors and artists alike. It is this vitality and connection that I aim to bring into 2026, as Mira Corbova Art Gallery prepares to participate in both local and international art fairs under the theme Art and Emotion.
Art & Emotion Collective
The Art & Emotion Collective brings together kindred artists whose works resonate through colour, form, and feeling. Each creation reflects a journey of emotion — quiet yet powerful — speaking the universal language of beauty, nature, healing, and truth.
Light plays a central role across our collective. It is both subject and medium: the shimmer of gold, the glow of warm pigments, the delicate layering of transparent washes. For collectors, it is this nuanced treatment of light that transforms a painting from decoration into experience — a piece that breathes, shifts, and reveals something new with every viewing.
Together, our group embodies the living essence of Mira Corbova Art Gallery: where art moves us beautifully, honestly, and deeply. Each artist contributes a distinct energy, forming one harmonious story of emotion through art. Through this collective, Australian artists will explore how feeling informs creation — how art can move, heal, and connect us in profound ways, guiding us towards new horizons of perception and appreciation.
Wellness Whispers 2025
This month’s featured artwork, Golden Passage, forms part of my upcoming 2025 collection Wellness Whispers. Paired with its accompanying poem, it reflects on light, transformation, and the grace found in transition — a gentle reminder that change, when embraced with openness, carries its own quiet radiance.
Collectors are drawn to this collection because it captures more than colour or form; it captures a sense of emerging light, a horizon that feels both intimate and infinite. In Golden Passage, layers of iridescent gold pigments shimmer softly across the canvas, inviting viewers to pause, reflect, and imagine the possibilities that lie ahead — both in art and in life.
Looking Ahead: New Horizons
I am thrilled to announce that Mira Corbova Art has been invited to exhibit in Dubai in 2026 — an exciting opportunity to share my new collection, Wellness Whispers, with an international audience. More details will be revealed soon, and I cannot wait to share this journey with you.
I am also preparing for an Australian art fair next year with our Art & Emotion collective. Together, we will explore how emotion, colour, and light shape the collector’s experience — creating works that are not only visually captivating but deeply resonant, moving, and transformative.
Summer Exhibition & Art Soirée
To celebrate the close of the year, we warmly invite you to our Summer Exhibition with Christmas Art Soirée on 20 December — an intimate evening of art, poetry, and connection.
We will unveil the first preview of Wellness Whispers, alongside a series of intimate artworks — perfect festive gifts under $1000. These works, with their attention to light, layering, and emotion, offer collectors a way to bring a touch of contemplative elegance into the home and mark the new year with pieces that inspire reflection and joy.
Let’s enjoy a moment together to celebrate creativity, friendship, and new horizons!
With light and colour,
